PREGNANCY, BIRTH & FAMILY
Support Through Pregnancy, Birth, and Loss
Maybe you're expecting and want steady, informed support alongside your medical care. Maybe you just received news of a loss no one prepares you for. Maybe you're pregnant again after a loss and can't stop bracing yourself. Wherever you are in this, you don't have to hold it alone.
Ways We Can Help
You might be here for one of these, several, or something in between — each is offered on its own, shaped around what you actually need.
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support
steady, practical guidance through pregnancy and the transition into parenthood, whether that's preparing for birth, processing a difficult delivery, or simply wanting a steady presence who isn't rushing you through it.
Pregnancy loss support
support through miscarriage, stillbirth, or a diagnosis that changes everything — including decisions around remains, memorial options, and processing a loss that others may not fully understand, at whatever pace you need.
Infant loss support
support after the death of a baby, including funeral and burial or memorial planning, decisions around keepsakes and time with your baby, navigating hospital or NICU-related decisions, and the early days that feel impossible to think through alone.
Pregnancy after loss
support for the specific weight of being pregnant again after loss — the fear, the vigilance, the complicated joy — including support building a plan for appointments, milestones, and moments that might otherwise catch you off guard.
Postpartum support
support adjusting to life after birth, including the physical recovery, the identity shift, and the transition of bringing baby home, especially after a complicated pregnancy, NICU stay, or loss.
What Working Together Might Look Like
We usually start with a Discovery Call — a short, no-pressure conversation about what's going on and what kind of support might help. From there, we build a plan around your actual situation, whether that's a single session to think something through, or ongoing support over time. Sessions are available virtually or in person, and we can move quickly if your situation is urgent — if you're in the early days after a loss, some decisions can't wait, and you shouldn't have to face them without support.
What This Is Not
This support is non-clinical and non-therapeutic. It does not replace medical care, mental health treatment, or licensed therapy — it exists alongside those systems, as a steady, informed presence through the experience.
A Few Common Questions
Do you work alongside my OB, midwife, or existing care team?
Yes. This support is designed to complement your medical and emotional care team, not replace it.
What if I'm not sure I need support yet?
That's okay. A Discovery Call isn't a commitment — it's a conversation to help you figure out what, if anything, could help right now.
Is this only for after a loss?
No — this covers the full spectrum, from pregnancy and birth support to loss, pregnancy after loss, and postpartum.
