Introduction
Legacy Evermore (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through legacyevermore.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly — when you fill out our contact form, request a Discovery Call, or otherwise reach out, we collect what you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
Email signup — when you sign up for our free library or emails, we collect your first name and email address so we can send you the free library and occasional emails.
Booking information — scheduling a Discovery Call or other service is handled through Setmore, a third-party scheduling platform. Information you provide there is subject to Setmore’s own privacy policy in addition to this one.
Anonymous site statistics — our website is hosted on Framer, which provides basic built-in analytics. It counts visits and records general information such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived at the site. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
Respond to your inquiries and requests
Schedule and manage appointments
Send the free library and occasional emails you’ve signed up for
Improve our website and the support we offer
Communicate with you about services you’ve requested
We do not sell your personal information.
Our Emails
When you sign up, your first name and email address are stored by Kit, our email provider. Kit tracks whether our emails are opened and whether links in them are clicked, which helps us understand what’s most useful to you.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can also ask us to delete your information entirely by reaching out using the Contact Us information below.
When you reply to our emails, you may choose to share personal or painful details. We keep your replies confidential and never use them for marketing. You never need to share medical details with us.
Third-Party Services
This site uses third-party tools to operate, including Framer for website hosting and anonymous site statistics, Google Fonts for displaying text, Setmore for scheduling, Tally for contact forms, Kit for email, and YouTube for embedded videos. Our online journals and books are sold through third-party platforms (including bio.site and Amazon); purchases made there are subject to those platforms’ own privacy and data practices, not this policy.
We don’t control how these providers collect, use, or store information, and their own privacy policies apply when you use their services. If you have questions or concerns about how one of them handles your data, we encourage you to contact that provider directly. You’re also always welcome to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.
Embedded Videos
Some pages include YouTube videos. YouTube, which is owned by Google, may collect data or set cookies when you play a video. Where it’s available, we use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which limits what YouTube collects until you press play. You can learn how Google handles this information in Google’s Privacy Policy.
The Non-Clinical Nature of This Work
Legacy Evermore is a non-clinical support practice. We do not maintain medical or clinical records, and information shared with us through this website or in our work together is not treated as protected health information under HIPAA. If you have concerns about sharing sensitive personal information, you’re welcome to reach out and ask how we handle it before sharing details.
Cookies
This site does not use a cookie banner because it does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our site statistics are collected without cookies. The embedded contact form (Tally), our scheduling tool (Setmore), and embedded YouTube videos may use their own cookies when you interact with them. We’ll update this policy if that changes.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. To make a request, please contact us using the information below.
California Privacy Rights
If you live in California, here is a summary of how this policy applies to you:
Information we collect — your name, email address, phone number, the content of messages you send us, booking details you provide through Setmore, and anonymous site statistics.
Who we share it with — only the service providers that help us run this site and our practice: Framer, Tally, Setmore, Kit, and Google (Google Fonts and YouTube). We do not sell your personal information.
Reviewing or correcting your information — you can ask to review, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by reaching out using the Contact Us information below, and we’ll respond as promptly as we can.
Do Not Track — some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our site does not currently respond differently to these signals, but we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
Effective date — this policy is effective as of October 6, 2026.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes.
