"This work is personal to me. My newborn passed away after weeks in the NICU, just days after we finally brought him home. In the days that followed, I searched for someone who could simply sit with me in it. Not to fix it, not to rush me through it, but to be present. I couldn’t find that, and I felt profoundly alone, even surrounded by people who cared. That experience is part of why this work matters so much to me now.
I don’t share this to make my story the center of yours. I share it so you know that when I say I understand, I mean it. Supporting families through the moments no one prepares you for isn’t just what I do, it’s part of my son’s legacy, and mine."
My background spans birth and end-of-life doula certification, medical training as an MA and EMT, hypnotherapy and Reiki training, and herbalism, alongside registration as a Legal Document Assistant and commissions as a Notary Public in California and Texas. Before this work, I spent years as an executive assistant supporting C-suite leaders, which shaped how I bring structure and calm to complex, high-stakes moments.

I’m also the founder and Executive Director of Sacred Chrysalis Perinatal Loss & Bereavement, an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting families navigating pregnancy and infant loss. Sacred Chrysalis operates as its own separate organization and is not affiliated with or owned by Legacy Evermore.
My support is non-clinical and non-legal, and draws on holistic and integrative practices alongside practical, hands-on guidance. It complements — never replaces — the medical, legal, and therapeutic professionals in your life. I’m here to help you gain clarity, understand your options, and feel confident communicating what you and your family need, while the decisions themselves always remain yours. I hold space; I don’t hold authority over your decisions.
